By accessing or using the CAVARO website (cavaro.lk) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, descriptions, or promotions at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

CAVARO accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods displayed at checkout.

For Bank Transfer orders, the order will be processed after the payment has been received and the payment confirmation has been verified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing or information errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on our website or communicated at the time of purchase.

CAVARO is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the CAVARO website, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials, belongs to CAVARO or its respective content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CAVARO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Sri Lankan law.
