By accessing and using the Cavaro website (cavaro.lk), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, brilliance, or texture will be entirely accurate.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. If you select Bank Transfer, your order will not be processed or shipped until the funds have cleared in our account and the payment slip has been verified by our concierge team.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to dispatch all orders within the specified timeframes in secure, unbranded packaging, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or extreme weather conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Cavaro or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cavaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
